Face à de nombreux évènements, planifiés ou non, des institutions publiques telles que la gendarmerie nationale multiplient l'engagement de leurs moyens nationaux au profit des échelons territoriaux. La diversité de la nature de ces évènements conduit ces institutions à placer la résilience au cœur de leur réflexions stratégiques. Or, comment s'entend cette notion communément abordée en lien avec la robustesse et la performance lorsqu'il s'agit d'un service public ? Comment se développe-t-elle et comment se mesure t-elle lorsque l'action se déroule dans un milieu institutionnel ?

Abstract
Facing several events, planned or not, the public institutions such as the French Gendarmerie multiply the mobilisation of their national means to assist the local levels. The diversity of those events'nature leads the institutions to place resilience at the heart of their strategic considerations. However, how can we clarify this notion, usually linked to robustess and performance, when we are dealing with public service ? How is it developped and how is it measured when the action is taking place in an institutional background ?
