The services company and services to the company axis
The researches carried out within this axis aim at studying the impact of the characteristics of services - especially, the participation of customers and users in production, management and innovation (Abramovici, Chevrier and Jougleux, 2015). In particular, this research is currently examining the adaptation of services to vulnerable populations (e.g. low-income, disadvantaged or elderly customers and users), and the impact of the organizational changes that these adaptations entail on employees themselves. During the period, contributions on the axis are articulated around three topics.
1/ The various forms of customer participation.
2/ Transformation of organizations with a view to supporting this participation.
3/ The impact of these changes on employees.
The research projects in this axis are divided into sub-topics:
