Innovations, changes and resistances axis

The research work in this axis aims at understanding the dynamics of transformation at work at institutional, organizational and individual levels and the interrelations between them, with a view to supporting organisations undergoing these changes. Previously concerned mainly with consumer resistance and changing markets, the research carried out over the period is organized around three sets of contributions that increasingly included questions on the impact of the introduction of digital technologies on actors' competences, the decision-making modalities and of management, but also of its teaching.
